REFUND POLICY
All orders within 14 days of a customer service request are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
All orders over 14 days of a customer service request are NOT eligible for a full refund but are eligible for a store credit or exchange for items of the same value. If doing an exchange for item(s) of greater value, then you MUST pay the difference of the item(s) that are greater in value.
Orders over 30 days are NOT eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Orders over 30 days are subject to an exchange, store credit, or partial refund ONLY through the discretion and approval of a brand manager.
RETURN POLICY
Complimentary returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your
order. All Items must be in unused original condition with all Bentley Fortune item
tags attached and any related accessories. Merchandise worn,
used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. No exceptions will be
accepted. It must be in its original packaging. Where an item is supplied with a hygiene strip, the item can only be returned if the hygiene strip has not been removed and remains intact.
Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, tights, and lingerie, these products should be tried on wearing your clothing underneath.
Personalized items are final sales and cannot be returned. Refund will be issued in the form of the original payment or a Gift Card.
We are unable to process returns and exchanges for international orders. In-store returns are refunded with a Gift Card. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements
PayPal Returns
When you use PayPal, we will refund you the following:
Online returns are refunded to your PayPal account We only accept even exchanges for PayPal returns — an additional form of payment or credit card is required for uneven sales.
Cancellation
In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. Please contact us by telephone as soon as possible after placing your order, and Customer Service will advise if cancellation is available.
We cannot combine orders, change the size, edit your billing and shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. If your order cannot be canceled, it will be processed, and, subject to being accepted by us, a confirmation email will be sent upon shipping. Once the order
is delivered, any items that meet the return conditions can be canceled by following the instructions for Returning Your Purchase above.
